Packing and assembly

Our company has more than 30 contractual workers who are able to secure production in two-shift operation, including Saturdays and Sundays. With this worker capacity , our company is able to assemble 5,000 – 7,000 items of complicated goods in two-shift operation (for example, inserting 5 – 7 components into paper boxes) and up to 150,000 items of goods with simple assembly). Our company is able to pack approximately 9,000 items of goods into thermally shrinkable foil at 3 packing stations in two-shift operation.

Our company ensures a high quality of production in the course of the assembly and packaging of goods, as well as in its final stage. Designated workers are responsible for this by making entries into the inspection record of product quality and completeness. Based on shipping documents on the distribution of goods – pallet shipping documents, bills of sale, completion certificates – they provide registration of the goods' movements and their handling.

Assembly and packing

The majority of goods we assemble are packed into cartons in the final stage, the cartons are stored on pallets, and the pallets are wrapped in transparent foil.

Delivery of components

We prefer securing components from the customer – for a purpose of easy communication and meeting the quality requested by the customer. We will provide thermally shrinkable foil, and upon agreement with the customer, we will secure other components from our suppliers (including stickers with EAN codes).

Billing

Invoices are due within 14 days of the day of a goods receipt by a customer. Prices include VAT.
